Erica has always been fascinated by the body and everything it does for us. Growing up she loved playing sports and excelled in school. She studied Biochemistry in college, certifying her official ‘nerd’ status. Erica has a deep love for learning all things, and is always looking to learn from those around her. She believes that fitness is more than visual physical strength; and that if you ‘put good in,’ you will ‘get good out’ in all aspects of life: exercise, nutrition, self-talk, online consumption, social consumption, etc. Erica loves appreciating the little moments that life has to offer, as well as pushing herself to be the best version of herself she can be.
