Chris and his team of trainers are wonderful and welcoming. They really make you feel as if you are part of their family. I trained with Lauren and had a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and I looked forward to seeing her a few times a week. She was able to unlock my frozen shoulder even more with the exercises and stretches she had me do. Overall, it was a great experience!
