Fit Program

F-I-T is our internet based training program created by one of our qualified fitness trainers that delivers two options: a 12 week transformation plan or a 100% customized plan. Each plan offers a weekly calendar providing your workouts with step-by-step instructional videos, as well as health and motivation tips. You will also have access to one of our trainers using our mobile app. The F-I-T program offers an affordable, convenient alternative to face-to-face personal training or can be combined with your F-A-S-T or O-N-E program to help you achieve your goals.
