(F-A-S-T) Program

F-A-S-T is our entry-level introduction for members to join our program and work with our trainers in small groups (6 people max).

 

F-A-S-T includes a semi-customized program while also gaining the benefits of working in a group such as increased adherence, motivation, support, fun and friendships.

(O-N-E) Program

O-N-E is a fully customized program utilizing the whole-person approach to meet our members’ specific goals, passion, and abilities.

 

Each O-N-E program will be tailored by one of our personal trainers designed with a combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching, corrective exercises and weight management strategies to help members feel Fully Alive.

FIT Program

Full Internet Training

(F-I-T) Program

F-I-T is our internet based training program created by one of our qualified fitness trainers that delivers two options: a 12 week transformation plan or a 100% customized plan.

Each plan offers a weekly calendar providing your workouts with step-by-step instructional videos, as well as health and motivation tips. You will also have access to one of our trainers using our mobile app. The F-I-T program offers an affordable, convenient alternative to face-to-face personal training or can be combined with your F-A-S-T or O-N-E program to help you achieve your goals.

How it Works

Customized plan: 

  • Contact us-  to discuss your goals, challenges, and preferences. 
  • Plan design- we’ll use the information given to design your plan. (Receive Phase 1 within 48hrs) 
  • Start tracking- track your workout so your trainer can monitor, motivate, and support you during your journey

12 week plan: 

  • Purchase a plan
  • Receive invite- to sign up and start within 24 hours. 
  • Start tracking- track you workout so your assigned trainer can monitor, motivate, and support you during your journey

Customized Fitness Program

Using the data from your fitness assessment & other shared information will help formulate an individualized plan

Accountability / Motivation

Trainers will guide you through your journey to reach your personal best by setting realistic boundaries and expectations to create the little wins it will take to stay motivated to achieve success.
